Following the some course of action and
quality in our establishment, we have a splendid cook, Pablo
Vicente.
In our menu we can find basic and typical
plates of the gastronomy of the zone, with a light touch
of modernity, both in its elaboration and in its presentation,
and all of this using raw material of own vegetable garden.
The desserts are another note of distinction
of the house. Our cook is a Miró enthusiast and because
of this, he tries to do homage to him in his desserts.
