In case of reserve cancellation:
If it annuls with less than one week of advance to the date of arrival it will lose 100%de the entered amount. If it annuls with less than 15 of advance it will lose 60% of the entered money.
If the amount annuls with more than 15 of days of advance it will be kept for next reserves that will have by telephone to take place in a term of 3 confirmed months and being.
